Job summary

Lippert Components in Brandon, SD is seeking a production candidate for CNC and laser fabrication roles. The position involves set-up and operation of CNC and laser machines, in-process inspection, and adhering to safety standards in steel fabrication for vehicle products.

The role reports to the Operations Supervisor and requires strong focus on quality, pace, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Shift is 1st, with potential additional Friday hours and 40 hours per week.

Overview

This position is located in Brandon, South Dakota

$22 - $30 per hour depending on experience

1st Shift: Monday - Thursday 5am - 3:30pm, some Friday hours may be required

Summary/Objective

This position will perform duties required to meet production demands. This will include set-up and operating various CNC machines, laser machines, in-process inspection and cleaning operations required in the manufacturing of steel fabrication for vehicle products. This position will report to Operations Supervisor.

This position requires Personal Protective Equipment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time hourly position working a minimum of 40 hours a week. Days are Monday - Thursday 5am - 3:30pm. Friday work may be required, hours on Friday's are 5am - 11am.

Required Education and Experience

Preferred Education and Experience

1. Education: Associates Degree in Metal Fabrication/CNC Machining


2. Work Experience: 3 years of CNC or laser related field experience
