Job summary

Lippert, a global manufacturer, is seeking a production associate to join its united team. This role supports production goals, reads work orders, operates fabricating equipment, and ensures safety and quality in a fast-paced setting.

The candidate will collaborate across shifts, adapt to changing tasks, and demonstrate reliable communication to keep processes moving efficiently. This position emphasizes reliability and teamwork at Lippert.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full‑time position, and hours of work and days are typically Monday through Friday, time depends on production demands.

Required Education and Experience

• Minimum of a high school education.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Manufacturing/industry experience.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
