Job summary

Waukesha-pearce Industries Llc in Houston, TX is seeking a skilled helper for mechanical assembly of industrial engines, coolers, generators and related components. You will assist in setting and aligning equipment to meet packaging standards and run screwed piping for engine utilities.

This role requires hands-on experience, the ability to read daily instructions from Leaderman and Journeyman, and to operate a forklift and overhead cranes. Training with Class A and Journeyman may be provided.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of previous experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.

Scope of Work:Assist in mechanical assembly of industrial engines, coolers, generators and related components including alignment of equipment to meet WPI packaging standards. Run screwed piping for equipment utilities, install safety shut-downs, guards/shields as required.
