Job summary

Trystar is seeking a Fabrication Team Leader to guide production associates in executing manufacturing processes with an emphasis on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and focuses on meeting/exceeding customer expectations while driving KPI performance.

You will implement standardized work, identify area improvements, and collaborate with the supervisor on staffing, scheduling, and overtime decisions to support current and future production

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 2 years’ experience in manufacturing environment
• Production line experience in fast-paced, continuous improvement changing environment
• Ability to lift 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate individual and team development in the Fabrication department.
• Arrange and control daily team activities to ensure smooth workflow, quality production, inventory accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Ensure standardized work and processes are followed; implement needed adjustments and comply with safety and 5S requirements.
• Partner with area Supervisor to determine weekly schedules and authorize overtime based on business needs.
• Provide input on team and individual performance and give feedback to supervisor and HR.
