Qualifications

• Preferred: machining certificate or prior machine operator experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and perform routine maintenance on metal fabrication machinery (shear, Finn Power, Prima, horizontal press brakes, Trumpf lasers).
• Maintain production progress in assigned area and communicate concerns promptly.
• Measure finished parts with tape measures and calipers and perform basic quality inspections.
• Identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and suggest process improvements.
• Cross-train and support other roles to maintain team flexibility.
