Qualifications

• 5–10 years of metal fabrication experience.
• 1–3 years of leadership or hands-on lead experience.
• Strong background in fabrication equipment (brake presses, laser machines).
• Experience with CNC machines.
• Solid safety knowledge and awareness of fabrication hazards.
• Experience in a weld/fab shop environment.
• Proficiency with Excel.

• Experience with specific equipment: Trumpf brakes, F230, V130, GEKA, Amada

• Experience managing or supporting senior operators
