Qualifications

• Basic computer skills expected for day-to-day tasks.
• Ability to recognize safety concerns and follow safety programs.
• Ability to read blueprints and inspect parts per specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model company vision, culture and strategies.
• Promote a safe work environment and safety culture.
• Set up and run equipment safely to maximize output and meet quality.
• Rotate strenuous/repetitive tasks every 4 hours to prevent fatigue.
• Review and fulfill customer orders per specifications.
• Suggest process improvements for safety, yield and inspection.
• Perform general machine maintenance as needed.
• Contribute improvement ideas for procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized 5S work area.
• Support key department performance measures.
