You will oversee daily production, champion safety, and drive continuous improvement to meet quality, delivery, and cost goals. You will coach and develop team members, manage staffing and schedules, review KPIs, and maintain production boards. Proficiency with schematics, blueprints and AutoCAD, plus strong Excel and communication, are

Qualifications

• Must lead an hourly skilled trade workforce.
• Experience in fabrication or welding is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and able to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership: Foster a safety-first culture and address hazards.
• Team Leadership: Coach and develop production team members.
• Production Management: Coordinate daily operations and staffing to maximize efficiency.
