Job summary

Gradian is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (3:00 pm – 1:30 am, Mon-Thu) to lead HVAC manufacturing operations in Minnesota. You will manage a diverse team, ensure schedules, uphold quality and safety, and collaborate with Maintenance, Quality Control, and Supply Chain to keep production moving.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HVAC manufacturing with supervisory experience, a strong safety mindset, and hands-on problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading HVAC production teams in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and compliant practices.
  • Experience with ERP systems and production software is required.
  • Hands-on leadership style with problem-solving skills.

This role requires a hands-on leader with expertise in HVAC production, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Schedule:2nd shift: 3:00 pm - 1:30 am, M - ThKey Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of production operators, technicians, and assembly workers, ensuring they are focused and efficient in their roles.Production Management: Ensure production schedules are met and that all products are manufactured in accordance with specifications and quality standards.Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and audits of finished products to ensure they meet required quality standards. Address any defects or issues to maintain high levels of product quality.Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety policies and procedures on the production floor. Ensure that all workers are trained on proper safety protocols and that they adhere to OSHA standards.Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Address and resolve production issues such as machine malfunctions, material shortages, and delays to minimize downtime and keep production moving smoothly.Process Improvement: Lead efforts to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, andimplement best practices in manufacturing.
