Job summary

Original Composites and Fiberglass is seeking a Fabrication Supervisor to lead the fabrication team and build tooling for the fiberglass industry. The role emphasizes safe operations, quality output, and efficient production aligned with customer demand.

The supervisor will develop training plans, manage schedules, and implement best practices while guiding cross-functional teams and sustaining a strong safety culture. Occasional extended hours or weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing/fabrication experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• TIG welding preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Ability to develop and lead non-capital improvement projects from start to finish.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and lead through influence.

Position Summary

The Fabrication Supervisor leads a fabrication team to build tooling for the fiberglass industry. This leader’s team will maintain a safe work environment, produce quality products, operate efficiently, and deliver customer value. This leader establishes clear standards and develops team capabilities through training, scheduling, communication, and performance feedback. The fabrication supervisor reports to the operations leader. This position will be assigned to first shift but is expected to be flexible with the work schedule covering extended hours and/or weekends on occasions.
