Job summary

Cosentino is seeking a Polisher for our Albuquerque, NM fabrication shop. You will operate polishing equipment to achieve the desired polish and luster on parts, while following safety and quality standards.

The role requires experience fabricating marble, granite, and quartz, with knowledge of basic math and maintenance. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and the job involves potentially heavy lifting and collaborative teamwork in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience polishing marble, granite and quartz.
• Experience in construction, industrial and manufacturing fields.
• Basic math and measurements knowledge.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate polishing equipment to obtain desired finish on parts and products.
• Polish material/parts to correct defects and prepare surfaces for finishing.
• Inspect finished workpieces and mark defects for rework.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe station and wear PPE as required.
