Job summary

Pro-Tops Inc. is seeking a skilled bilingual (English/Spanish) Stone Polisher to join our growing fabrication shop. The ideal candidate has experience with natural and engineered stone surfaces and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include polishing and finishing granite and quartz to high quality standards, operating tools safely, inspecting surfaces for defects, and keeping an organized work area while communicating effectively with teammates in both languages.

Qualifications

• Experience in stone polishing or countertop fabrication preferred.
• Able to use hand tools and polishing machinery.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Polish and finish granite, quartz, and other stone surfaces to high-quality standards.
• Operate polishing tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect surfaces for defects and ensure proper finish.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; communicate effectively with team members and supervisors (English/Spanish).
