Qualifications

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for managing a fabrication shop.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and shop tickets.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience with production tracking tools and ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Fab Tracker workflows and kit production orders.
• Lead shop foremen and direct day-to-day fabrication workflows.
• Plan labor resources with GFs and manage budgets.
• Ensure safety, lean practices, and quality across prefabrication.
• Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and project teams.
• Maintain inventory levels and oversee shop tools and assets.
