You will operate production machines and cross-train on multiple systems, contributing to efficient production and safety culture. We value teamwork, strong work ethic, and the ability to read technical documents.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
• Able and willing to cross train as required
• Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies
• Must lift 50 pounds
• Stand for long periods of time
• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal form

Responsibilities

• Attend training regarding applicable equipment
• Perform additional duties as needed
• Assist in loading fabricated rebar on trailers
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition
• Operate production machines per established procedures and guidelines
• Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and uphold the Safety Culture
• Crosstrain on multiple machines
• Operate fabrication equipment such as shears, benders, cranes, forklift, threaders, welders
