NE Tech Air is seeking a CAD Drafter to move duct and equipment designs from concept to fabrication-ready drawings. You will work in a team to ensure installations align with specs and trades.

The role emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, and timely revisions to keep projects on track. The position requires 3+ years of HVAC CAD drafting experience in commercial construction and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and SysQue for coordinated 3D models.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC or mechanical CAD drafting experience in commercial construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and SysQue for duct modeling and coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and mechanical plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Model Duct in Shared Environment.
• Attend Coordination Meetings.
• Producing Fabrication Drawings.
• Generate Installation Sheets.
• Coordinate With Engineers and PMs.
• Verifying Designs Against Specs.
• Applying Revisions/Updating Model to Reflect Trade Decisions.
• Self-Check Before Release.
