Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Technical school CAD training or 2 years’ experience equivalent.
• Prior CNC Punch, Laser, and Press Brake experience preferred.
• Experience with nesting software and practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing flat pattern DXF features, tooling profiles, and part nest environments.
• Create and review program nests offline; finalize nests for CNC production.
• Follow programming schedule as a team member to meet goals on time.
• Communicate design-to-programming errors clearly for quick fixes.
• Address nest-to-machine conflicts; provide nest support for CNC efficiency.
