Job summary

EPS Corporation is seeking a Fabrication Project Manager to lead the Production shop, ensuring quality assurance and successful execution of major programs and technology initiatives. You will oversee shop personnel, define long‑range plans, and guide technical approaches while negotiating resources with stakeholders.

The role includes establishing milestones, schedules, budgets, and spend plans, and preparing PMP documents and cost proposals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage large production programs.
• Strong leadership and cross‑functional coordination skills.
• Experience with cost proposals and PMP development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Production shop personnel and daily operations.
• Define program scope, organization, and long‑range plans.
• Develop technical approaches and negotiate resources with stakeholders.
• Set milestones, schedules, and budgets; track spend and performance.
• Prepare cost proposals and a Program Management Plan (PMP).
• Manage performance, cost, schedule, and data delivery per the PMP.
• Develop WBS, subtasks, and deliverables; manage kick‑off meetings and briefings.
• Travel to sites as required and coordinate with governmentMonitor/Contracting Officer.
