Qualifications

• 3+ years of fabrication or manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication, welding, machining, and manufacturing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily fabrication activities (welders, fabricators, coil winders, assemblers).
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize fabrication tasks to meet deadlines.
• Ensure products meet engineering drawings, specs, and quality standards.
• Monitor productivity and provide coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate production reporting and documentation.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and employee development.
