Job summary

IES is seeking a Production Supervisor in Manitowoc, WI to oversee the precision fabrication portion of our operations, including burn table, tube laser, press brake, saw, and shear, across three shifts.

You will lead teams, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, coordinate with leads and the quality and inventory teams, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a manufacturing/production environment.
• 3+ years direct leadership of a full team/function.
• Experience leading across a multi-shift manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead fabrication production teams with a focus on quality to meet objectives.
• Organize resources and schedule personnel across shifts.
• Monitor and control production output using on-line resources.
• Provide regular feedback and conduct evaluations as needed.
• Oversee onboarding and training for new hires; ensure touchpoints are followed.
• Collaborate with inventory/supply chain to ensure parts are available.
• Promote and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Coordinate activities between shifts and departments to ensure consistency.
