Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 3 years in production/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
• Ability to obtain and maintain 608 universal refrigerant certification.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of workers, including assigning tasks and providing guidance.
• Motivate and mentor team members to maximize productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with management to meet production targets.
• Allocate resources (labor, equipment, materials) to the production plan.
• Monitor quality control processes and enforce standards.
• Investigate and address production and quality issues as they arise.
• Conduct safety training and audits; recommend safety improvements.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for raw materials and finished products.
• Generate reports on productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Provide regular updates on production status to management.
