Job summary

The Kendall Group, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Fabrication Operator to support the fabrication department’s material management. You will cut, thread, groove, test, and bundle pipe and fittings to meet customer specifications.

Training will cover forklift operation and warehouse equipment. Responsibilities include pipe work, quality testing, and maintaining clean, safe work areas while following safety procedures and production standards.

Qualifications

• Entry-level work experience or similar role.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Basic math and reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Pipe threading, cutting, and grooving.
• Product quality testing through pressure and chemical tests.
• Paint products.
• Sandblast if required by location.
• Read job prints and follow specifications.
• Operate warehouse equipment and cranes as trained.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety practices.
• Attend trainings and meetings.
• Support fabrication tasks as assigned.
