Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Fabricator Operator (1st Shift) for our Fayetteville, NC plant to perform metal fabrication tasks including drilling, tapping, sanding, riveting, grinding, spot welding, powder coating, and operating punch presses and related equipment. You will assist higher level operators and help maintain equipment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and preferably 1 year of manufacturing experience, with ability to read drawings and blueprints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Within 50 miles of Fayetteville, NC.
• Willingness to work 1st shift and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate fabricating equipment (drill, tap, sand, rivet, grind).
• Load/unload materials and assist in maintenance of equipment.
• Read and interpret drawings/blueprints; select parts and materials.
