Job summary

The candidate will support the assembly floor and maintain a safe, clean work area. Ideal applicants have at least one year in manufacturing, can read and follow work orders, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• One year of factory-related experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Capacity to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift.
• Proficiency in reading measuring devices, particularly tape measures.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate fabricating devices such as Roll Packs and Dolphin equipment.
• Perform General Labor 1 and 2 functions as needed.
• Support the assembly floor through consistent machine operations.
• Verify product conformance to specifications using measuring tools.
• Read and interpret work orders accurately.
• Stage finished or in-process product in designated areas.
• Identify, document, and elevate quality or process issues.
• Maintain equipment and workspace cleanliness.
• Adhere to 5S methodology and established safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
