Job summary

Silent-Aire, a division of Johnson Controls, seeks a Basic Machine Helper to support brake presses, punch turrets, and automated laser machines. Starting pay is $19/hour with a Friday–Sunday shift from 5:00 am to 5:30 pm in Phoenix, AZ.

You will assist with setup, loading/unloading, tooling, and material handling while maintaining a safe, clean work area and contributing to timely production.

Qualifications

• Accurate reading of tape measures, gauges and other test equipment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Unloading, loading material, and assisting the operator for Brake Presses.
• Unloading, palletizing materials, and assisting the operator for Punch Turrets.
• Unloading, loading material, and assisting the operator for Automated Lasers.
• Maintain cleanliness around the machine area and perform data entry.
• Assist in set‑up, load and unload machines and assist machine operators.
