Job summary

Silent-Aire, a division of Johnson Controls, is seeking a CNC Brake Press Machine Operator to support fabrication of parts with sheet metal, using ACC, Safan and brake presses. You will load, pre-program, and create your own programs to bend parts per blueprints while strictly following PPE and safety rules.

The role requires maintaining quality and working with a team to meet production schedules. The shift runs Monday through Friday, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years as CNC Brake Press Operator.
• Ability to read blueprints and program machining equipment.
• Must comply with safety protocols and PPE.
• Able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up and adjust CNC Press Brake per product plans.
• Load, pre-program and create own programs to bend.
• Operate machines safely and maintain PPE guidelines.
• Inspect equipment and report malfunctions.
• Read schematics and blueprints.
• Organize department and keep area clean.
• Coordinate with Team Lead/Supervisor on production schedule.
