The compensation for this position is: $19.82/hour
Job Summary
The Fabrication Operator (A) is responsible for working in manufacturing, performing tasks such as polishing acrylic, assembling cabin windows and pilot windows, cutting acrylic using hand tools such as band saws and manual saws, running custom machinery such as stretch machines, data entry, moving large pieces of acrylic (e.g., canopies, acrylic sheets), layup, coating, and setting up ovens and autoclaves. The Fabrication Operator (A) will support the manufacturing ramp-up of windows, canopies, and windshields for defense and commercial aircraft.
1st Shift Time: 5:45am - 2:15pm
