Job summary

Sanmina Corporation in Houston, TX is seeking a Fabrication Manager to lead daily metal fabrication operations supporting data center hardware and related components. You will translate master production schedules into actionable priorities across sheet metal, welding, CNC, machining, and finishing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in manufacturing related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive metal fabrication experience.
• 2–4 years in production leadership/supervisory roles.
• Experience with sheet metal fabrication, welding, CNC, machining, or copper/aluminum processing.
• Desirable background in data center infrastructure or industrial equipment manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities across multiple fabrication departments and shifts.
• Translate master production schedule into daily/weekly fabrication priorities.
• Lead fabrication Supervisors and teams to meet safety, quality, throughput, cost, and delivery goals.
• Balance production requirements across equipment, labor, materials, and downstream needs.
• Monitor production performance and address deviations from plan.
• Coordinate labor and equipment utilization with priorities and capacity.
• Maintain communication between shifts and departments.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop recovery plans with cross-functional teams.
