MJ & H Fabrication is hiring an entry-level Fabrication Operations Assistant to support multiple areas of the fabrication process. You will learn ProNest programming, nesting, and how to prepare parts, cut programs, and maintain CNC files while supporting estimating, QC documentation, and safety paperwork.

The role offers growth across CNC, Estimating, Quality, and Safety with relocation assistance available up to $4,500 for the right candidate.

Formación

• Entry/developmental cross-functional role in fabrication operations.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software/systems.
• Ability to read fabrication/shop drawings or willingness to develop this skill.
• Experience with ProNest or nesting software, CNC/plasma equipment, CAD, Excel, estimating/takeoffs is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with ProNest programming and nesting, review fabrication drawings, prepare parts and programs.
• Assist plasma cutting operations and answer production questions as experience grows.
• Support Estimating with drawings, material takeoffs, quantities, and quotes.
• Help with Quality Control documentation and recordkeeping.
