Job summary

Avispa Technology in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a Fabrication Manufacturing Technician to support production operations. This onsite role involves hands-on manufacturing duties, basic testing, and troubleshooting to maintain quality and throughput.

You will use Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel to coordinate daily activities. The 12-hour rotating schedule runs 3 days on, 4 off, then 4 on/4 off, with shifts from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM on designated days.

Qualifications

• Entry-level manufacturing experience or related production/testing work.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel) and ability to follow docs.
• Ability to perform testing and troubleshooting per process documents.

A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Fabrication Manufacturing Technicianto support manufacturing operations by performing production activities, conducting basic testing and troubleshooting, and ensuring efficient manufacturing processes while maintaining quality standards.

Fabrication Manufacturing Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of manufacturing duties across production areas, supporting manufacturing operations through a variety of tools, equipment, and manufacturing processes.
• Conduct basic testing and troubleshooting activities in accordance with established manufacturing process documents and procedures.
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and other basic Microsoft Office applications to support daily manufacturing activities and departmental communication.

Fabrication Manufacturing Technician Qualifications:

• Entry-level manufacturing experience or experience performing manufacturing, production, testing, or troubleshooting activities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to perform basic testing and troubleshooting using established manufacturing process documentation.

Shift:

• 12-hour rotating schedule: 3 days on, 4 days off, followed by 4 days on, 4 days off, Thursday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Friday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
