Sub-Zero Group is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer Fabrication for its Goodyear, AZ plants. You will oversee fabrication equipment like robotic welders and laser cutters, coordinate upgrades with vendors, and lead cross-functional projects for cost reduction and new product development.

The role requires a manufacturing background, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to several weeks at a time during training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Willingness to travel domestically for training.

Responsabilités

• Order, install, start-up, and support fabrication equipment including robotic welders and laser cutters.
• Plan upgrades with vendors and maintenance teams.
• Support cross-functional projects for new product development and cost reduction.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment issues.
• Provide engineering support for welding and finishing processes.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost objectives are met.
