US Tech Force in Wisconsin is seeking a skilled fabrication machine operator for a custom fabrication shop in the Waukesha area. The ideal candidate will have experience running fabrication machines such as a laser, CNC, or press brake, and will be responsible, dedicated, and skilled.

You will analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders to plan layouts and welding operations. Tasks include welding, soldering, grinding excess welds, and preparing parts for final assembly.

Qualifications

• Experience operating fabrication machines (laser, CNC, press brake) in a shop.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and work orders.
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Operate fabrication machines safely and efficiently.
• Analyze drawings and specs to plan layouts and welding steps.
• Chip or grind excess welds, slag, and spatter.
• Clamp, tack-weld, heat-bend, grind, or bolt parts for welding.
• Clean or degrease parts using brushes, grinders, or baths.
• Welding and soldering of parts.
