Castolin Eutectic in Wisconsin is seeking an Automated Welding Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team at the Menomonee Falls facility. You will operate automated welding equipment, read fabrication blueprints, and fabricate custom weldments per print using wire and stick welding processes.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of automatic welding machine operating experience and 1 year of production welding experience, plus familiarity with oxy-fuel and plasma-cutting.

Formación

• 1 year of automatic welding machine operating experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of production welding experience.
• 1 year of job shop experience.
• Welding certificate/degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Read fabrication blueprints.
• Accurately read measuring instruments and production instructions.
• Fabricate custom weldments per print using wire welding and stick welding processes.
• Demonstrate proficiency with oxy-fuel and plasma-cutting processes.
• Demonstrate safe welding and shop practices.
• Operate automated welding machine—load materials into equipment, set up proper programs into controller, maintain correct parameters for high-quality welds.
