Dover Corporation is seeking a Machine Operator I for the 2nd shift at our South Chesterfield location. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating products using appropriate tools and machines, ensuring production schedules are met, and conducting basic maintenance tasks.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, with 1-3 years of relevant experience in production fabrication. Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical skills are also necessary for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of production fabrication or comparable experience.
• 1 to 2 years of fabrication/machining experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate assemblies/parts for products based on engineering documents.
• Set up and lay out work using fixtures and guides for fabrication.
• Review finished assemblies and parts for accuracy against drawings.
