Job summary

Kinetic Personnel Group is seeking a Production Machine Operator to support daily fabrication and assembly. You will operate non-CNC machines, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include setting up workpieces, manufacturing per orders, assembling with hand tools, and documenting each job. Physical tasks involve lifting and standing in a shop environment with potential overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication equipment including lathes, mills, saws, and tape cutters.
• Set up workpieces using clamps, wrenches, and fixtures.
• Manufacture parts based on work orders and blueprints.
• Perform assembly tasks using hand tools and drills.
• Inspect parts and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Complete documentation for each job.
• Cross train on additional machines and processes.
• Maintain organized work area and follow safety rules.
