Job summary

Crystal Finishing Systems Incorporated in Senatobia, MS is seeking an Operator to run fabrication machines, read blueprints, and ensure quality. You will operate a punch press, milling machine, saws, and hand tools, performing equipment maintenance and documenting work in our system.

The position requires at least one year in a similar role, basic math and gauge-reading skills, and basic computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating similar fabrication equipment.
• Ability to read, count, perform basic math, and measure accurately.
• Must understand blueprints, tolerances and gauging.
• Basic computer skills to document work and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication machines (punch press, milling, saws) per order specs.
• Use hand tools and measuring tools (gages, calipers, mics) to finish parts.
• Maintain equipment and perform operator maintenance within training scope.
• Follow quality procedures and complete QA paperwork in the tracking system.
