Job summary

Hydro Extrusions in Sidney, OH is seeking a Production Operator for first and third shift. The role focuses on efficient machine setup, operation, and accurate packaging for shipments. You will verify part numbers and counts on racks, and promptly report defects and shortages to the supervisor.

Starting wage is $20.50/hour with a $1.00/hour shift premium for third shift. A high school diploma/GED and physical ability to lift 40 lbs are required. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to use measurement tools such as tape measures, calipers, micrometers and lineal checking gauges.

Responsibilities

• Efficient machine setup and operation.
• Review process sheets to confirm customer order.
• Ensure Hydro part numbers and counts are marked on racks or carts for shipments.
• Report defects and shortages to supervisor or lead.
