Job summary

BASX, located in Redmond, OR and part of AAON, is hiring an entry-level Fabrication Helper for the C-Shift to support our fast-paced production line. The role involves material handling, assembly assistance, and quality checks across multiple fabrication tasks on the shop floor.

You will learn and rotate through positions such as assembly, piping, electrical, finishing, testing, and wrapping, gaining hands-on experience in a growing manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Material Handling: Load/unload materials and products using equipment per safety protocols.
• Assembly Assistance: Help assemble components per specifications.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep work areas clean; sweep, mop, dispose waste; maintain tools/equipment.
• Tool Preparation: Prepare tools; clean, lubricate, ensure good condition.
• Quality Control: Assist checks to meet standards and specs.
• Support Fabrication Processes: Hold materials, operate machinery under supervision; assist.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines to ensure a safe workplace.
