Qualifications

• Experience estimating structural steel, modular fabrication, vessels, or industrial construction.
• Ability to price labor, materials, and equipment for bid packages.
• Familiarity with nuclear-related scopes and regulated work is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel and estimating software tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate conceptual and detailed cost estimates per client bid schedules.
• Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings, specs, and models for multiple scopes.
• Develop labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing.
• Solicit and review vendor/subcontractor quotations for competitiveness and scope alignment.
• Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and field teams to validate constructability and schedule impacts.
• Assemble complete bid packages with clarifications and exclusions.
• Maintain organized estimate files for audits and reviews.
