Job summary

U S Tech Force in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking a Fabrication Equipment Operator to join a metal fabrication environment. You will operate Laser, Plasma, Tube Laser, Saw, Drill Line, Diato, and Angle Master equipment based on job placement, perform cutting functions, pre-program and set up equipment, and move materials with overhead cranes.

The ideal candidate has prior metal fabrication experience, can lift 50 lbs+ regularly, stay on their feet most of the day, and has forklift experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in metal fabrication environment with solid work history.
• Ability to lift up to and above 50 lbs consistently and stay active on feet.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate Laser, Plasma, Tube Laser, Saw, Drill Line, Diato, and Angle Master equipment depending on placement.
• Perform typical steel processing equipment cutting functions.
• Pre-program & set up of all equipment.
• Run overhead cranes to move material on/off processing equipment.
