Qualifications

• Valid driver license and ability to obtain DOT certification.
• Read and interpret written work instructions.
• Read decimals and convert to fractions.
• Physically lift up to 100 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Industrial steel coating or sand blasting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles for deliveries and pickups.
• Operate saws, cranes, and machines in manufacturing processes.
• Paint and powder coat finished components as required.
• Read and follow written work instructions precisely.
• Read measuring devices accurately to ensure quality.
• Prioritize workloads and manage resources within deadlines.
• Maintain orderly shop environment and follow safety rules.
• Move heavy steel materials using forklifts and slings.
• Ensure quality control for all jobs and orders.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by management.
