Job summary

ASGCO® “Complete Conveyor Solutions” seeks a skilled CNC Machinist to operate, set up, and program milling machines and lathes at our Nazareth, PA facility. You will read blueprints, use precision measuring tools, and maintain detailed process records to ensure high-quality component production.

The role requires 8+ years of experience in machining, Mazatrol programming, and strong attention to detail. Candidates must pass pre-employment drug testing and be able to lift up to 100 lbs.

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic math and geometry to interpret drawings.
• Experience with calipers, micrometers and other measuring tools.
• Ability to read manuals/blueprints and follow prescribed formats.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience
• Extensive knowledge of basic math, geometry, and measuring devices (caliper, micrometer, etc.)
• Extensive knowledge of Mazatrol Programming (turn & mill)
• Knowledge Manual lathe and milling machines
• Read a variety of manuals, blueprints, and following prescribed formats with the ability to inform others and solve practical problems
• Ability to set up & program milling machines and lathes
• Maintain accurate records
• Strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Valid Driver's License to operate a company vehicle
• Ability to hold tolerances
• Can lift up to 100lbs, bending, kneeling, reaching and standing for long periods of time, significant fine finer dexterity

Working Conditions

• Frequently exposed to regulated noise, cold working conditions also exposed to smells that are within the guidelines
• Possible exposure extremes in temperature and humidity, moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, toxic chemicals, fumes or airborne particles
• While performing the duties of this job, you will be required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs and ladders, work on elevated platforms, talk, hear and see.
• Personal protective equipment is required on a regular basis, which may include a hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, gloves and other required protective equipment as required.
