Job summary

Stainless Piping Specialists is seeking an enthusiastic Fabrication Coordinator to join our ESOP-led team on 2nd shift. You will organize and prioritize jobs to align with production schedules and deadlines, ensuring materials are received and staged for use.

You will verify that operations meet specifications, pair fabricated components for inspection, and coordinate with welders, machinists, and supervisors to maintain smooth workflow, with accurate progress records.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fabrication, manufacturing, or production coordination role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Familiarity with fabrication processes, materials, and quality control standards.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills for working across teams and departments.
• Comfort with job tracking software or ERP systems.
