Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience operating CNC, automated, semi-automated, or manual fabrication equipment in a production environment.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and process sheets.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements at all times.
• Read work orders, drawings, and instructions to produce parts to spec.
• Set up, operate, and monitor automated and manual fabrication equipment.
• Load material, adjust tooling, verify setups, and prepare equipment for runs.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using measuring tools.
• Identify quality concerns and communicate issues to supervisor or maintenance.
