Job summary

BLUvera, a Mortenson affiliate, is seeking talented individuals to join our indoor manufacturing team. You will participate in assembling and fabricating products, set up beds for concrete pouring, operate tools, and help maintain safety and quality standards on the line.

Qualifications

• Trade or technical certification preferred.
• At least 1 year light manufacturing experience preferred.
• Carpentry or metal fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to operate standard hand and power tools.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up beds for concrete pouring.
• Fabrication of assemblies.
• Operate tools and equipment.
• Load and unload materials.
• Perform quality checks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Packaging for shipping.
• Follow production schedules with minimal supervision.
• All other duties as assigned.
