Job summary

BLUvera, a Mortenson affiliate, is seeking skilled team members to join the indoor fabrication and assembly team in Indianapolis. You will set up beds for concrete pouring, fabricate assemblies, and operate tools while upholding strict safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in carpentry, construction, manufacturing or fabrication.
• Ability to work within precise limits or standards of accuracy.
• Ability to work with other team members to solve problems.
• Detail oriented and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Set up beds for concrete pouring.
• Fabrication of assemblies.
• Operation of tools and equipment.
• Loading/unloading of materials.
• Conduct quality checks and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Packaging for shipping and meet production schedules.
