Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed fabrication drawings for production using CAD software.
• Utilize Autodesk Inventor to design and model parts and assemblies.
• Interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and customer requirements.
• Prepare accurate material takeoffs and cost estimates for projects.
• Collaborate closely with shop and production teams to ensure designs are practical and manufacturable.
• Review and revise drawings as needed to address fabrication challenges or improve efficiency.
• Communicate with customers and vendors to clarify design details, specifications, and pricing.
• Support seamless project handoff from estimating to production.
