Position Summary:

Ferguson is seeking an Entry Level Fabrication Associate to join our team. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 6 am to 2:30 pm.

Responsibilities:

1. Setup and maintain machines in the shop for pipe fabrication.
2. Accurately measure, record, and add random pipe lengths.
3. Measure and cut pipe with band saw and/or torch, roll and groove single and double random lengths, and thread and bevel pipe with Landis machines.
4. Move loose and/or bundled pipe within the yard.
5. Assemble pipe orders, whether in single sticks or bundles, and organize work supplies.
6. Follow safety precautions during fabrication, cutting, assembling, stacking, and shipping of pipes.
7. Operate powered industrial equipment following OSHA guidelines and Ferguson procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Prior fabrication experience is preferred but not required.
2. Strong math skills and ability to calculate product quantities.
3. Experience in operating machinery for cutting and threading pipe, preferred to be OSHA compliant.
4. Ability to stay results-focused in a fast-paced environment.
5. Ability to thrive in an inclusive environment.

Benefits & Compensation:

Pay ranges from $15.61 to $26.11 per hour or monthly, depending on role and location. The role may be eligible for bonuses or incentives.
