Job summary

Belt Power is seeking a dependable Fabrication Associate to join our Grand Rapids team. You will fabricate, assemble, and repair industrial products, operate fabrication equipment and hand tools, and inspect materials for quality.

You will pick and stage orders, keep a clean work area, and follow all safety procedures while supporting diverse fabrication tasks. The role emphasizes mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, basic math and computer skills, and a strong work ethic with teamwork.
