Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in construction, framing, fabrication, or mechanical assembly.
• Basic MIG welding experience; training available.
• Ability to read measurements and blueprints/fabrication drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble industrial components using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment
• Perform MIG welding on structural parts, frames, and assemblies
• Read and interpret basic blueprints, measurements, and fabrication drawings
• Cut, grind, fit, and prep materials for welding and assembly
• Work with a team to complete builds safely, accurately, and on schedule
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Skilled Trades Specialists is seeking motivated Fabrication Assemblers to join our industrial manufacturing team. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on construction, framing, fabrication, or shop experience who want to grow their welding skills in a fast-paced industrial environment.

MIG Welding experience does not have to be extensive. We can provide brush-up and training!
