Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a hands-on fiber display fixture assembler in Florida. You will assemble high-end display frames, lightboxes, and theater accessories using plexiglass/acrylic, metal, and wood. Precision is essential as you mount LED lighting and run basic wiring.

You will read diagrams, operate drills and saws, test components, and ensure scratch-free finishes while packing shipments for domestic and international delivery. This role requires physical stamina and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1+ years handyman or carpentry/fixture installation or mechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to read work orders and diagrams to ensure clean, defect-free finishes.
• Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform manual assembly.
• Experience with acrylic/plexiglass fabrication or low-voltage wiring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble high-end display fixtures using plexiglass/acrylic, sheet metal, wood framing, LED lighting strips, and mounting hardware.
• Use drills, impact drivers, saws, rivets, fasteners, calipers, and measuring tools to modify and secure frames and housings.
• Wire, mount, and test basic low-voltage electrical components and LED drivers.
• Inspect freshly cut pieces, remove protective film, and ensure flush, scratch-free finishes.
• Pack fragile fixtures and build crates or protective boxes for domestic and global shipping.
